These are exe self-extracting flash media files. Just run them.<\/p>\n<p>We didn&#8217;t get to discussion of parallelism in Lincoln&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aos.abacus-es.com\/mod\/forum\/discuss.php?d=9\">Gettysburg Address<\/a>. Perhaps this week.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Homework for this week<\/span> was to read the essay &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aos.abacus-es.com\/mod\/resource\/view.php?id=295\">The Narcissism of the Small Difference<\/a>&#8221; Please post thoughts.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jerranwolf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/marvin-hitchhikers-guide-to-the-galaxy1.jpg\" border=\"1\" alt=\"The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy\" hspace=\"3\" vspace=\"3\" align=\"right\" \/><br \/>\nWatch <a href=\"http:\/\/online-education-elearning.com\/bafta-address-stephen-fry.html\">Fry&#8217;s address to the British Academy of Film and Television Arts<\/a> and listen for parallel constructs. How many parallelisms can you  count? Be sure to take vocabulary notes. The suggested subject for this  week&#8217;s writing project is Science Fiction. This is only a suggestion.  Other topics are also welcome. <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-size: medium;\">Please make sure to submit your projects by Tuesday midnight<\/span> to give everyone a chance to review them before class. Please be sure to practice your parallel constructs.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;ve all watched this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aos.abacus-es.com\/mod\/resource\/view.php?id=320\">brief excerpt from The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy<\/a>. Do you want to see more of it?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Homework for next week<\/span><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"> <\/span>read and listen to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aos.abacus-es.com\/mod\/resource\/view.php?id=326\">An Interview with Mark Twain by Rudyard Kipling.<\/a> and comment upon it.
