The theme of this issue is historical fiction. There follow a number of works on a multitude of different subject set in a myriad of different times. That which binds them together is their authorship and origin&#8211;they were all written by members of the <a href=\"http:\/\/abacus-es.com\/eie\/advancedwriting.html\">Advanced Writing Class <\/a>at <a href=\"http:\/\/eieacademy.com\/\">Excellence In Education Academy<\/a> in Monrovia California. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria;\">Historical fiction is anything that is made up but which takes place in a real time. This definition can, of course, be stretched as you will soon see, but I will not get into that.
